Question Tag: Isn't It?, Don't You? dan Cara Memakainya

You're coming, aren't you? (Kamu akan datang, kan?)

Aturan dasar
Kalimat positif → tag negatif. Kalimat negatif → tag positif.
- She is a teacher, isn't she?
- They aren't ready, are they?
Menyesuaikan kata kerja bantu
Tag menggunakan kata kerja bantu (atau modal) yang sama dengan kalimat utamanya.
- You can swim, can't you?
- She has finished, hasn't she?
- They will come, won't they?
Tidak ada kata kerja bantu? Gunakan do/does/did
Jika kata kerja utama tidak punya kata kerja bantu, gunakan bentuk dari do.
- You like coffee, don't you?
- He works here, doesn't he?
- She left early, didn't she?
Kasus khusus
- I am late, aren't I? (bukan "amn't I")
- Let's go, shall we?
- Nobody called, did they? (kata negatif seperti nobody/nothing menggunakan tag positif)
Kesalahan umum
- ❌ "She is nice, is she?" → ✅ "She is nice, isn't she?" (kalimat positif butuh tag negatif)
- ❌ "You don't like it, don't you?" → ✅ "You don't like it, do you?" (kalimat negatif butuh tag positif)
- ❌ "They came yesterday, didn't come?" → ✅ "They came yesterday, didn't they?" (gunakan pronoun, bukan kata kerja, di dalam tag)
